Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING
BoostNow typically ships products the same or next business day, depending on when the order is received.
​We aim to deliver within 7 days or sooner wherever possible, however some elements such as weather, shipper and manufacturing or supply shortages may be out of our control.

BoostNow may ship partial orders based on stock availability and / or warehouse location.

​BoostNow does NOT ship outside North America at this point in time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
BoostNow provides a 30-day money back guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may request a refund by emailing support@boostnowusa.com and requesting a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
No refunds will be issued if an RMA number is not issued.

Non-returnable items include:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable Software Products

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time using the customer portal.  Cancelling a subscription cancels the next payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

BoostNow does not pay for return shipping.  You are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.
